Purpose of the content

Emergencies

This site and our contact channels do not handle emergencies. In an urgent situation, go to an emergency department or call SAMU on 192.

Booking

Appointments are booked through an external platform, reached via the "Book an appointment" buttons. Confirmation of a time is subject to that platform's rules and to the clinic's schedule.

Contact channels

Messages sent by WhatsApp or email are answered during business hours and are intended for administrative matters. We do not carry out clinical assessment through these channels.

Language

The English pages are a translation of the Portuguese content. Where there is any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails for legal purposes, as it is the language of the jurisdiction in which the clinic operates.

Intellectual property

Text, images, branding and other elements of this site belong to Clínica Rhinus or are used with permission. Reproduction in whole or in part requires prior authorisation.
