How it works
Before booking under a health plan
- Confirm coverage. Message our team with your plan and what you need: consultation, test or procedure.
- Check whether authorisation is required. Some plans require prior approval for tests.
- Separate the medical request, if you are having a test or procedure. Both require one, and some plans also require prior authorisation.
- Book through the online system. The link appears on every "Book an appointment" button on this site.
- Bring your insurance card and photo ID on the day, along with any previous tests related to your complaint. No referral is needed for the consultation.
